I am not very active – is the Max Trainer M8 for me?

Yes everyone changing their exercise habits has to start somewhere, we recommend that if you are not very active you start with lower intensity workouts and that you work within your comfort zone.

Does the Max Trainer M8 come with a nutrition plan?

Yes it does - A complete Healthy meal plan is included with the MaxTrainer manual

Is there a weight limit on the Max Trainer M8 Machine?

Yes, the weight limit is 300lbs (136kgs) for both the M8 and M3

Can I use the Max Trainer M8 if I have an injury?

The Max Trainer is a great way to build up fitness post surgery or injury, however we always recommend that anyone with an outstanding injury or concern consult their doctor before using any new piece of fitness equipment.
